St. Luke’s United Church of Christ, 125 N. Essential St., North Wales: The January Tuesday at Midday Organ Recitals proceed on January 11 with organist Aaron Patterson. He’s a scholar on the famed Curtis Institute of Music and is an assistant organist on the Wanamaker Organ at Macy’s. These free concert events are sponsored by the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. The carrying of masks will probably be required for all these in attendance. As a result of improve in COVID instances since Christmas Eve providers, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 211 S. Essential St., North Wales, is cancelling all in-sanctuary providers for the month of January. St. John’s United Church of Christ celebrates Epiphany Sunday with Holy Communion on the 8:15 and 10:15 a.m. providers on January 9. A gluten free choice is obtainable. Gwynedd Sq. Presbyterian Church invitations you to take part in Betsy’s E book Membership, a small group on the church. The membership has been lively for over 20 years and is known as after its founder, Betsy Albinson. The membership has resumed assembly in particular person over a meal at a neighborhood restaurant.  Our subsequent assembly will probably be Wednesday, Jan.12, at Pizza Time Saloon at 5:30 p.m. The books to be mentioned will probably be “All of the Youngsters are House” by Patty Francis and “The Shadow Sisters” by Lucinda Riley.  The membership meets on a Wednesday or Thursday each different month. At every assembly the group chooses: the books to be learn for the subsequent assembly, the date, and the assembly place. The books span an array of sorts, reminiscent of fiction, non-fiction, biographies, historic fiction and memoirs. The Church of the Holy Spirit of Harleysville (Episcopal), 2871 Barndt Street on the nook of Sumneytown Pike, Higher Salford, holds in-person Communion providers at 8 and 10:15 a.m. on Sundays, with Covid protocols requiring masks carrying.
