DAMARISCOTTA — River Arts has opened “Artist’s Selection,” an exhibition showcasing a breadth of creative expression from Maine artists within the gallery at 36 Elm St.; masks required.
A gap reception is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, the exhibit shall be on view via Saturday, Oct. 16.
Juror Simon van der Ven chosen 73 artists from 153 entrants. Van der Ven famous, “I used to be very impressed by the amount, selection, and prime quality of submissions for the “Artist’s Selection” present. The artists have been requested to enter work of their particular person types with out the constraints of material.
